Working via e-mail offers us both the opportunity for deeper reflection and analysis. Each exchange of e-mails between us would normally cost £25, but for a limited period I will be charging the reduced rate of £20 per exchange, or £50 for three e-mail exchanges (an additional saving of £10).

Messenger Service (Skype or MSN)
Working via messenger service offers you the immediacy and flow of direct personal interaction, similar to an online counselling/coaching session. Each session lasts one hour and would normally cost £40. However, as an introductory offer and in view of the current economic climate, I am offering these sessions at a reduced rate of £30 an hour, or £75 for three hourly sessions when booked in advance (an additional saving of £5 per session).

Future Services
In the coming months, I will be offering telephone sessions (national and international) and for those residing in the York area, there will be the opportunity to work with me face-to-face in a local facility. For those of you who prefer to work in a group setting, I am also currently developing an Empathic Guidance workshop, which I hope to run nationally in 2010.
